What do you need to know about me in order to feel comfortable about the possibility of our working together as partners in this exciting project?

Until this project fell into my lap I was a clinical researcher and therapist with a busy private practice. I consulted to corporations to help them devise better systems, and to help people communicate more powerfully and effectively to create better quality workplaces which also were more productive and profitable.

I've been fortunate that a number of my books, written for clinicians and the general public, are published world wide in several languages by 2 of the world's leading publishing houses, McGraw-Hill and Jarir.

I've enjoyed a 36-year career in senior roles in the corporate and clinical sectors and founded The Lifeworks Group Pty Ltd in 1999 as a research and training organisation dedicated to bringing more evidence-based strategies into the public domain.

I'm also an NLP trainer and delighted to be able to use NLP strategies in my personal and professional lives, and to help win on the tennis court!

It's important to understand that I believe that the highest level of success is achieved only through the highest-quality relationships, and that success is ALWAYS a team effort.

How exactly do I work with my partners?  I personally provide initial training, as well as showing you where all the online and offline support material is so that you can move along as slowly or as quickly as you wish. I have a formal meeting with you once each week (in person, by phone, or by Skype) and of course am available by those means or by email any other time. If I accept you as my partner, I AM NOT HARD TO REACH!

Initially, I will do your presentations for you, so you can see how my training looks when it's put into real life. Anyone who joins your business as a result of that is totally yours, but I help you to deliver their training, and get them started.  By pushing our expertise down the line, we can build those lucrative deep levels very, very quickly.

Of course I can't work with everyone.  I don't charge for this, and I need to know that my efforts will return massively for me. If you don't succeed massively, then those returns will not be there for me. So of course I have criteria for the people I accept as partners, although you might be surprised to know that "already have a proven track record" is not one of them.

From experience I know that the people who rise to the top (and those are the only people I choose to work with) have a burning desire to improve their situation.  This may mean more money, or for someone who already makes an excellent income, it could mean more time and security after retirement.

The people I choose to work with need to be reliable in that they always do what they undertake to do (or if for some reason they find themselves unable to do that, they let me know immediately that becomes apparent), and they need to be open to learning - they need to be coachable and not believe that they already know it all.
